Shipping

Upon receipt of your payment we'll promptly send your product that will be lovingly and securely packaged. If you choose to mail your package without insurance, we will not be responsible for any breakage or lost packages.

Within the United States, we ship most of our products by USPS Priority Mail with a few products by UPS ground, depending on their size and weight. Before we can calculate your shipping charges, we will need your ZIP CODE first. We ship twice a week: on Tuesday or Wednesday AND Friday or Saturday.

You are responsible for the shipping charges, unless it states "FREE SHIPPING". No sales tax will be charged unless you live in California. For those living in California, please add 8.25% sales tax to your order.

International Shipping

Since international orders can be more expensive, it is important that you contact us first for relevant charges before you order. International customers are also responsible for all customs duties and charges.

We have a variety of ways of shipping internationally:

• First-Class Mail® International Parcel Registered (formerly called Airmail Letter Post Registered),
• Express Mail International (formerly called Global EMS), and
• Global Express Guaranteed (a collaboration with Federal Express).

The only way we ship now is by tracking methods and ensuring that all packages are delivered. There may also be restrictions that limit the way that we ship your package to your country.
